Coral's Cookery School

Our tailor-made session can either be a demonstration, a weekly course or a one-off day workshop delivered within the community, engaging families through various local charities, schools and community centres.

Food grown in community gardens can be included in the recipes for that day; encouraging children to try something new that they may not have tried before by including a brief overview of where the food they are cooking came from.

Cooking and eating together develops confidence and creates social skills in both young and old alike, together with a sense of achievement. For groups of people living on their own or those that are retired cooking and eating together can also create a new interest/hobby.

Cooking outside when the weather allows is something different and fun to do!
