Coral's Cookery School

Cookery aids mental wellbeing and provides nutritional awareness; an act of patience, an outlet for creative expression, a means of helping raise one's self esteem - the cook feels good about doing something positive.

Our workshops help delegates gain confidence and enthusiasm through an invisible element that is part of every recipe: creativity!  

Cooking together is ‘fun’ and eases stress and restlessness by connecting with others; enhances mindfulness; increases confidence, enthusiasm and positivity.  

By the end of a workshop delegates are smiling, they enjoy the cooking and socialising; their sense of achievement can be infectious for all to see.
